FAQs

  • Absolutely! After the initial assessment, your therapist will discuss your plan of management and treatment will follow unless further evaluation is required.

  • Your initial session and treatment will last 75 minutes. Depending on your needs, we offer 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions.

  • Yes, we offer direct billing for almost all of our services.

    If direct billing for your Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, or Chiropractic appointments interests you, make sure to have all of your insurance information with you at your visit. We require an authorization and consent document to be signed, as well as a valid credit card on file in order to bill on your behalf.

  • No, you do not need a doctor’s note or prescription to be assessed and treated by our practitioners. You can book here anytime!

    However, some insurance providers do require a physician’s referral. If you are unsure, it is a good idea to check with your insurance company or we can call on your behalf to check with your permission.

  • Your session may include manual therapy, stretches and exercise, so dress as if you're going to the gym or bring a change of clothes. Suggested clothing includes:

    Upper body-tank tops or loose T-shirt to be able to expose shoulder.

    Lower body-shorts or loose pants that can be pulled up over the knee.

  • Parking is FREE. Ample parking is located underground at the Northview Boulevard street entrance. Additional parking is also located on the ground level or in the above ground parking garage structure.

    Please take a ticket from the parking machine and hold onto it. When you leave the parking lot, you will be asked to enter your ticket into the parking machine and the gate will open.

  • We are here to support and serve our community. New patients are always welcome!

  • We do offer same day bookings but they are dependent on the practitioners schedule and availability. To avoid not getting an in, be sure to book your appointment in advance!

  • We all know life is full of surprises! The thing is, when you cancel or show up late for a visit, another patient who is excitedly waiting loses out on some quality time. Please give us a 24-hour notice if you need to change your appointment. Within the 24-hour timeframe, last-minute modifications will be charged the full amount of your scheduled treatment. Thanks for your cooperation.
